Queens Canyon

Queens Canyon is a private land owned by a Christian group. There are several cottages as a caste you can rent rooms in. I took Maggie on this great hike up through the canyon. It was the most awesome hike I ever took, so scenic and fun. You have to cross the stream about 20 times to get to the hike, so it’s a real adventure. At the end, you reached a neat little lagoon with a tall waterfall. If you wanted to, you could hike to the top, pass the punch bowls, and scoot down the creek along the smooth rocks to the start of the falls. Maggie was really brave to get in the water since she nearly drowned a day earlier…and the thunder of the waterfall was intimidating. And for some reason, she loves to roll in grass.
